Prices are the current standard rates and are set per school during your pilot. Brim charges your school; this is separate from the fees your school collects from parents.
As you grow
The bigger you grow, the less per seat.
A small school shares one admin fee across a few seats, so the all-in cost per student starts higher. Cross 200 kiosk seats and that fee is waived. Past 5,000, every further seat drops to a lower rate. The largest schools reach the best price without asking.

- 5,000 seats: every seat beyond moves to UGX 5,000, automatically

You pay for who actually uses it
A kiosk “seat” is a parent or student who has signed in, never your enrolment headcount. Register a family that never logs in and you pay nothing for them.
Real money, in your currency
Prices are set in shillings, so they never drift with the exchange rate. Pay in UGX, USD, KES, TZS and more; the rate is frozen the moment an invoice is issued.
Pay the way schools actually pay
PayPal, bank transfer, cheque or cash, each tracked to clearance. No foreign-card requirement, no mobile-money surprises.
Your data is never held hostage
If a bill ever lapses, writing pauses. You can still read and export your own records. We never lock a school out of its own history.
Questions
Before you ask.
What does “per active student, per term” mean?
You’re billed once a term for each parent–student seat that has actually signed in, measured at its peak over the term. That covers the whole parent and student experience. A registered family that never logs in is never charged for.
We want the back-office only. What then?
Run the Admin package alone at UGX 150,000 per school per month, billed only in the months you’re in session. You get the entire records system: finance, payroll, attendance, exams, report cards. The parent and student apps and the gate kiosk stay out.
How is the admin fee waived?
Once your kiosk passes 200 active seats, the monthly admin fee drops to zero and you pay only the per-student kiosk fee. At scale the back-office comes free with the kiosk. Below 200 seats the admin floor still applies, so the whole stack cannot run on a handful of seats.
Is there a setup or per-feature cost?
No. Import, training and a full term of support are part of onboarding, and every feature your package includes is on from day one. There is no module you have to buy back later.
