A visit

When a student comes to the sick bay, the nurse opens a visit: what happened, what was observed, what was done. Every entry carries who, what and when. That provenance is what makes a pattern visible over time: a recurring complaint, a missed meal.

Medication

If medication is given, it's recorded against the student with the dose and time. Brim flags known allergies before a medicine is administered, so a dangerous combination is caught before the dose is given.

Parents are kept informed

Serious incidents notify the parent. Routine visits are logged for the record. What the nurse sees is gated to the health role. A class teacher cannot browse medical history.
